The page opens, but search is empty
Reset the filters first. Then enter a shorter title, preferably with its year if the name is common. A dubbed language you remember may not match the original-language filter. If the film still does not appear, it may not be in this selection; an empty result alone does not mean the site is down.
A page or poster is incomplete
Reload once, then check another catalog page. One missing image can leave the title details and viewing link usable. An old bookmark should be replaced by searching the title from the homepage. Avoid repeatedly changing unrelated browser settings when only one address is failing.
The list disappeared
Check the browser profile and address. Local lists do not appear automatically in a different browser, private session, or domain. If you have a backup, merge it through the Watchlist tool. Clearing site data can remove the current list, so it is not a useful first step.
A video will not play
Use the help for the service that opened after Watch now. Check its edition, season, audio choice, and connection. MovieCrumbs does not control that player's loading or server menu. Picture and sound help and subtitle help cover the next checks.
